Each package comes with either Shakeology or the performance supplements. I personally use both. I love shakeology because it doubles as my multivitamin/probiotic, gives me over 70 superfoods and helps me with my cravings so much which helps me stay on track! I also love the performance line. It comes with Energize which is the yellow preworkout you always see me drinking along with a post workout shake called recover. Energize gives me energy to push through my workouts (and my day lol!) without any crash and recover helps me recover from my workouts and helps me so much with soreness - and tastes like Nesquik! All of our products are all natural, no fillers, no GMOs and nothing artificial!
