Parmesan Almond Green Beans
INGREDIENTS
2 cups of green beans
1 tsp olive oil
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
1 tbsp slivered almonds
Salt
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Trim the ends off the green beans.
In a bowl, combine green beans, garlic and olive oil and 1/4 tsp of salt. Mix together.
Lay out the green beans on a baking sheet in a single layer and cook for 12 minutes.
Remove from oven and top with parmesan and almonds, then put back in the oven for another 9 minutes or until tender.
