GLUTEN FREE GRANOLA BARS

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
- Combine oats, eggs, peanut butter, maple syrup and chocolate chips. Add stevia if you want bars to be a bit sweeter.
- Mix together and spread out in a 13x9 baking dish. Use parchment paper for easy removal.
- Bake for 15-17 minutes.
- Allow to cool then cut into bars and drizzle with melted chocolate chips.
