GLUTEN FREE TERIYAKI SALAD BOWL
INGREDIENTS
AIDELLS SAUSAGE Teriyaki Pineapple Chicken Meatballs (I got these from Costco)
Brown Rice
Mixed Greens
Cucumber
Carrots
Tomatoes
Kevin’s Natural Foods Teriyaki Sauce (I order from Thrive Market or Amazon)
DIRECTIONS
Start by throwing in these teriyaki pineapple chicken meatballs in the airfryer for 7 minutes at 350 degrees and throw some brown rice in the microwave.
Add mixed greens to a bowl along with the brown rice and top with veggies of your choice. I used cucumber, carrots and tomatoes.
Add the meatballs and then the best part, top with Kevin’s Teriyaki sauce and enjoy!
